• Cristian, the young guy who run the Bed & Breakfast, will be pleased to help their guests organize a marvellous holiday that is tailor-made to their particular wishes and needs. They will be happy to suggest activities, characterful restaurants and sights that are outside the well-trodden tourist paths, whether in Verona and its environs or on nearby Lake Garda.

• Special arrangements – and prices – for outings on horseback, on quads (four-wheeled motorcycles) and at agriturismi;

B&B Policies

Reservation and payment of stay
The reservation will be confirmed only with the payment in advance of 30% of the total amount of the holiday.
This payment will not be refounded if you renounce, for any reason.
The remaining balance must be paid  on the day of arrival, by cash only.

Times of arrival and departure
Check in from: 16:00 till 20:00, unless different arrangements are made. Check out: 11:30. Upon arrival every guest is kindly asked to present to the reception a valid ID document to formalize the registration.

Access to facilities
During the day: it is asked that guest notify the presence of friends to the reception. During the night: it is forbidden for strangers to be on the grounds of the B&B. The access to the rooms as well as all other common grounds of the B&B is off limits to strangers or other people which have not been registered with the reception.

Breakfast

A buffet breakfast is included for every guest registred, from 8:30 to 10:30 in the morning

Security
The reception will not be responsible for personal objects left unattended in the rooms or the common halls. It will be the responsibility of the guest to secure personal objects of value in their rooms as well as the common halls of the B&B.
It is recommended to the guest not to take or damage objects contained in the rooms and the common halls of the B&B. Abuses will be reported to the local public authorities. The parking space  is not guarded.

NO SMOKING
In the rooms and the common halls it's strictly forbidden to smoke.

PETS

We accept pets, only in the garden ( 5,00 euro each day for each pet)
